Jacqueline Byers

Jacqueline Byers was born and raised in Toronto, and studied theatre arts at Queens University in Kingston, Ontario.  A "triple-threat" performer, Jacqueline began her career at the age of 12, performing the title roles in local musical productions of Annie and Peter Pan.  Bryers' also portrayed "Marcy Parks" in The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and "Nikola" in Chess. 

Trained through The Actor's Foundry, Bryers' film and television credits include roles in YTV's Ants in Your Pants, Blizzard for Alliance Atlantis, and FX's The Strain. The role of Nora in Syfy's Ascension is her first series regular.
