Shannon Berry

In 2012 Shannon took the role of the young autistic, Tib, in the theatre production of Rabbit. Her stunning portrayal won her the Adjudicator's Award for Excellence in Acting. It was in this year she also began studying screen acting at award-winning Western Australia academy Filmbites, where she later won their top award for acting, judged by producer Tennille Kennedy and sponsored by Media Super. She is currently enrolled in a special visual and performing arts program at her high school.

Shannon is also active as a writer and filmmaker, having written and produced two films that were nominated for the Australian Teachers of Media Awards (ATOM) in filmmaking, which recognizes excellence in media production at school age level.Read More
