The bridge out of Port Moore is still destroyed, but this time everyone can see it. The wool has been lifted from their eyes.

And a smuggling boat attemping to make berth at Port Moore runs through some surreal sea: once-dead whales are making a humpback comeback.
350019
In the early morning hours before school starts, one of the Mayor's kids is hard at work. Sketching portraits of a young man named Trevor. Who's dead. And was the mayor's brother. Is this extra credit, or a cry for help?
350020
That smuggler, Billy, happens to be the brother of Port Moore's mayor, and she's none too pleased that he's back in town and that he's telling her daughter about Trevor (whoever that is). Billy says he's only in-and-out, but that he didn't say nothing about no Trevor.
350021
Looks like Lambda is looking to renegotiate its agreement with Billy, and sent his usual liaison Dr. Barker (whom Billy is also sleeping with) to break the news to him. He doesn't take it well, and instead hits the open road to find a higher bidder for his goods. Of course, just as he's about to reboard his boat, the engine craps out.
350022
Or should we make that a plus two? Because Trevor's body just washed up on shore. Weird thing is, the body's been missing for ten years, and hasn't decomposed. Not one bit.
350023
Trevor's ghost has been haunting Billy, possibly because ten years ago Trevor went aboard Billy's fishing vessel and when it was caught in a nasty storm, Trevor went over and was never found. Until now. But the mayor isn't convinced this is the true, or whole story.
350024
To banish Trevor from out his life, Billy decides to make a deal with Roman: if he can get the ghost to go, Billy will ferry Roman to safer climes. Only snag is is whatever ghost is haunting Billy — it's not his brother. It's taken the guise of Trevor to get under Billy's skin. It's succeeded.
350025
Of course, when the coroner goes to pull back the sheet so Roman can commune with the dead Trevor…he's not there. That ghost is messing with people's brains!
350026
When the mayor and Norm the deputy go to check up on one Mr. Goler, the former owner of Billy's boat, they find him hanging from a tree. Dead. Well, there goes that lead. Turns out he's the one that's been haunting the ship.
350027
Roman manages to talk Goler out of haunting the ship, and the spectre disappears. Well, kind of.
350028
Goler returns from haunting the ship to haunt the officials that showed up at his trailer. When Norm starts shooting at what he thinks is Goler, his bullets come dangerously close to the mayor. She has to hoodwink Norm and take his gun so that he's no longer a threat to her, or anyone else.
350029
When Billy gets the ship to start, he pulls a fast one and heads out before Roman can hop onboard. He says he did this because the town needs Roman. But it just makes him look like an a-hole.
350030
And the mayor, up until now a skeptic, gets a close encounter with one very undead dead guy. She tries to vanquish him with her gun, but that doesn't work. Looks like she's going to be converted.
350031
Then, in a comedy of errors, the mayor thinks that Norm is actually Goler, and when she shoots the "ghost", she unintentionally nabs Norm in the shoulder.
350032
And, en route out of the creepy Port Moore, Billy's boat passes through an energy wave. What could that mean?
350033
Ah, it means that even if Billy tries to escape, he gets turned right back around, heading into shore. No outbound ferries from Port Moore these days!
