Marcus finds himself frying on acid in Las Vegas, staring a cop in the face after getting arrested for gambling. How did this happen?
422527
Well first, Marcus promised Billy to help kill his dad (who is crazy evil and owes the mafia money) so that his little brother wouldn’t be shipped to King's and his mom can start living her life without an abusive husband.

And then Marcus got scammed into buying bunk acid. And then he tried to prove he was tough by taking seven hits of what he was sure was bunk acid. But was not.
422529
Despite the carnival in his brain, Marcus pulls through and helps Billy with the hit.

Locked out of his room, Marcus heads to the casino, where he wins big on a slot machine, and catches the attention of law enforcement. Which leads up back to the moment where he finds himself being interrogated by a cop who gives him a slap on the wrists and a stern warning to stay out of his casino!
422531
Marcus has already hallucinated some crazy ish, so when his former roommate/tormentor confronts him in the elevator, he can’t be sure if what he’s seeing is real.
422532
Things take an interesting turn with Maria, but of course Chico shows up and ruins the mood by kicking Marcus in the head and chasing him through the streets of Vegas while shooting at him.
422533
Willie catches up to them and halts Chico from beating the brakes off Marcus - momentarily. But Willie can’t bring himself to pull the trigger.
422534
It's clear that Chico won't stop until Marcus is dead. Even poor Billy is stabbed by Chico when trying to quell the situation. Maria's rage spills out and she slits his unsuspecting throat with her bladed fan. The gang retreats, leaving Chico's body behind and also...F@#kface, who unbeknownst to our team, watched the whole scene unfold from a dark corner of the alley.

Sharing trauma brings Marcus and Maria closer together. They share a soft kiss during the ride back home as Saya looks on with a hint of jealousy in her eyes.
