**WARNING: Spoilers ahead for Wynonna Earp Season 4, Episode 9, “Crazy.”**

One of the malevolent forces in “Crazy” is local resident-turned-brain-eater Doug/Kuru (Ennis Esmer). Esmer’s character is a fumbling, ne’er-do-well bad guy who will make you laugh as he tries to eat you, and in the video, Dominique Provost-Chalkley (Waverly) calls him one of her favorite demons ever.

Nikki Duval (Ginny) also receives high praise from the Wynonna cast. Melanie Scrofano (Wynonna), who had several scenes with Duval, calls the two characters an odd couple that she would watch all day, every day.

And then there are the trivia nights, the most memorable being when Waverly, Jeremy (Varun Saranga), and Doc (Tim Rozon) compete in the finals. Provost-Chalkley admits that in real life she’s not so good at trivia, unlike her character, Waverly. Saranga and Provost-Chalkley also admit that their characters would still be super competitive about trivia, even without the spell, though Saranga thinks they wouldn’t be as mean. Rozon also shares that he would pick Nedley to be on his trivia team because he does a lot of crosswords, and that corresponds, in his mind, to sick trivia skills.

Katherine Barrell (Nicole Haught) also shared how much fun she had filming her “Chicken Kicker” scene, including how those folks behind the camera couldn’t stop laughing. Kicking a roast chicken is always funny, after all, and Barrell brings some extra panache to it. Barrell also shares that the chicken-kicking scene is a metaphor for how Nicole doesn’t know herself anymore, and how this season, for Nicole, is about regaining trust in herself. Nicole is on her way in "Crazy:" There's a scene at the end where, as Provost-Chalkley describes it, she takes her power back, making Waverly beam with love.

Doc and Nicole also have a heart-to-heart in “Crazy,” and Rozon talks about how his character is willing to forgive Nicole for agreeing to turn him over to the Clantons. Doc’s made plenty of his own mistakes, Rozon shares, and he just wants to leave the past behind and move on.

And then there’s that final scene between Wynonna and Ginny, where Ginny offers to become Wynonna’s genie in an attempt to prevent the Earp heir from sending her to hell. Scrofano shares that Wynonna wishes she could take the easy way out (and have Doc back), but she’s learned from shooting Hoyt in the back that the easy way out isn’t always the best way.

New episodes of Wynonna Earp premiere Fridays at 10 p.m. ET/ 9 CT on SYFY.
