Casting: Gal Gadot joins LEGO sequel; Twilight Zone reboot adds two cast members; HBO Watchmen addition

Jordan Peele's reboot of The Twilight Zone for CBS All Access just added two more members to its cast, DeWanda Wise (She's Gotta Have It) and Jessica Williams (2 Dope Queens), reports Entertainment Weekly.
There are no details on the episode itself other than the fact that Lucinda Dryzek (City of Ember), Jefferson White (Manhattan), and Jonathan Whitesell (The X-Files) will also make appearances.
The anthology series has already cast Adam Scott, Allison Tolman, Sanaa Lathan, Kumail Nanjiani, Jacob Tremblay, John Cho, Steven Yeun, and Greg Kinnear.
The original anthology series from the late 1950s and early 1960s was also notable for featuring all-star talent like William Shatner, Dennis Hopper, Burgess Meredith, Leonard Nimoy, Robert Redford, and Ron Howard.
Peele's reboot is expected to premiere sometime this year.
Up next, Deadline writes that Hong Chau (Downsizing) has joined the cast of the upcoming Watchmen series at HBO. With no confirmation of Chau's role other than it will be "key," some speculate that she will be playing the Vietnamese character, Lady T.
Nevertheless, the Thailand native joins one humdinger of a cast: Regina King, Jeremy Irons, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Don Johnson, Tim Blake Nelson, Louis Gossett Jr., Andrew Howard, Tom Mison, Frances Fisher, Jacob Ming-Trent, Sara Vickers, Dylan Schombing and James Wolk.
Unlike Zach Snyder's 2009 film adaptation, the TV series (helmed by Damon Lindelof) will be more loosely inspired by the iconic graphic novel by Alan Moore and Dave Gibbons.
Watchmen is expected to premiere sometime this year.
Lastly, IMDB confirms that Gal Gadot will be reprising her role as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman in The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part. In the first movie, the character was portrayed by Cobie Smulders (Maria Hill in the MCU).
Jason Momoa and Margot Robbie will also be voicing LEGO-ized version of their DCEU characters, Aquaman and Harley Quinn respectively.
This is Gadot's second animated role in the last few months, the first being the racer, Shank, in Ralph Breaks the Internet.
The Lego Movie sequel opens in theaters Feb. 8 and co-stars Chris Pratt, Elizabeth Banks, Nick Offerman, Tiffany Haddish, Will Arnett, Alison Brie, Maya Rudolph, Charlie Day, and more.
Gadot will reprise the live-action version of of Diana in Wonder Woman 1984, which will be released on June 5, 2020.
