TV THIS WEEK: Phineas and Ferb return; Wynonna Earp’s midseason finale; Star Trek and more
Disney is bringing back one of its most beloved animated series with a Disney+ original film this week, as Phineas and Ferb go on one more adventure to deep space for what will certainly be all kinds of zaniness. This week also brings some fun streaming drops, fresh HBO dramas, and a demon-killing midseason finale.
Along with Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Candace Against the Universe hitting Disney+, SYFY is rolling out the midseason finale of the current season of cult hit Wynonna Earp (which remains at the top of its snarky with a ton of heart game this year). CBS All Access has a new episode of animated series Star Trek: Lower Decks, and HBO has a creepy new hour of Lovecraft Country.
Digging a bit deeper, Deadpool 2 is hitting network TV on FX, Disney+ has a new Muppets Now, and Netflix is adding the first two seasons of the fantastic YouTube original Cobra Kai, which picks up the Karate Kid story with the original crane-kickers all grown up. Netflix has picked the show up for a third season (no timeline yet on when that will drop), but in the meantime fans who missed the show on the first round have a chance to catch up.
Check out our full rundown below and let us know what you’ll be watching this week.
