'Disenchantment' Part 4 trailer reveals Dreamland — and Bean — are still a big ol' mess
The animated comedy series from The Simpsons creator Matt Groening is bringing once upon a time again to Netflix.
The fourth installment of Matt Groening's Disenchanted is coming to Netflix in mere days, and we've got a trailer from the streaming platform that teases what's in store for Queen Bean (Abbi Jacobson), Elfo (Nat Faxon), Luci (Eric Andre), and the rest of Dreamland.
Check it out below:
Bean is in a bit of a pickle after the events of Part 3, where she, her dear elf friend Elfo, and her personal demon Luci find themselves separated. As the trailer suggests, the three find each other once again but still face many challenges in Dreamland, including protecting the castle and the people therein. The show's official synopsis also promises the trio will visit other realms and exotic locales including Ogreland, Steamland, monasteries, insane asylums, the Enchanted Forest, and the Dreamscape.
Part 4 also marks the final 10 episodes that the show currently has under contract with the streaming platform. "We're excited to continue this epic journey with Netflix," The Simpsons creator said in a statement when the show was renewed for Parts 3 and 4. "Stay tuned for more cranked-up suspense, infuriating plot twists, and beloved characters getting knocked off."
Based on the trailer, it looks like Groening has delivered on his promise, with Bean going through a whirlwind of a personal journey as she tries to do what's right for her people, albeit in a comedic fashion.
In addition to Jacobson, Faxon, and Andre, Disenchantment features the voices of John DiMaggio, Billy West, Maurice LaMarche, Tress MacNeille, David Herman, Matt Berry, Rich Fulcher, Noel Fielding, Richard Ayoade, and Lucy Montgomery.
All 10 episodes in Disenchantment's fourth installment premiere on Netflix on Feb. 9, 2022.
