When we first met Bo, she was working as a bartender and rebuffing the advances of some creepy guy. Getting nowhere with Bo, the guy spiked another young woman's drink. The target of his sleaze: Kenzi (seen here), a spunky drifter with a wig collection that would rival RuPaul's.

Bo was restrained and brought to a mansion where she got a crash course on her lineage. She is Fae, a race of powerful supernatural being with incredible powers. Her captors represent two Fae factions - Light and Dark. The main difference, besides a predilection for bondage wear amongst the Dark crew, is their attitude about humans (guess where the Dark Fae lands?).

Meanwhile, a human doctor in the Ash’s employee, Lauren, told Bo that her Fae identity may not be the curse she thought. Although, like all Fae, Bo must feed on human energy, she need not kill to sate her cravings. This knowledge made Bo a bit more comfortable with her burgeoning attraction to the good doctor …

Despite not having trained with Black Ops, Bo busted out with some ninja moves against her bigger, badder opponents and bargained for an unheard of position of neutrality in the Fae community.

Searching deeper into the mystery of her past led Bo to Vex, a mischievous and dangerous Mesmer who can control others' bodies against their will. He became a recurring thorn in Bo's side.

Bo brought on Dyson as her fake husband in a case at a country club (where Dyson's shirtless quota for the episode was filled with lots of bathing suit scenes). The simmering attraction between the two exploded, and they finally admitted they wanted to be a full blown couple.

Aoife kidnapped Bo, who, despite her mom being a total psycho that slept with her boyfriend, still had hope she could be redeemed. Not so, as Aoife went ahead and critically injured the Ash. Full blown Light and Dark war seemed inevitable.
