…and attaches a string on to Dyson’s ankle that will link him to Bo.

Bo lets herself drift out of consciousness and awakens right in the middle of a very fond memory for Dyson.

After fleeing from an angry farmer, having defiled his daughters and all, Dyson is whisked away by Trick.

And Kenzi is there dressed as an angel. Well, it’s not really Kenzi, it’s just that Bo’s subconscious is projecting familiar places and faces onto Dyson’s memory.

This is in fact a garden Fae named Flora Blooms, but as Bo experiences it she sure looks a lot like Lauren channeling her best Poison Ivy!

And it seems that Flora knew Dyson pretty well…

Bo “begrudgingly” goes along with the memory, and catches a glance of the scene in the mirror – now that’s a visual she never expected!

Back on plot, Flora attempts to seduce Prince Phillipe so that Dyson may steal the Helskor, a pair of incredibly dangerous magical shoes that he is looking to sell, on Trick’s behalf.

The prince passes out, and the guards are coming, so Dyson shoves the shoes onto Flora’s feet. Surely they won’t think to look there.

But soon they have larger problems. The shoes reject Flora as their master, sending her into a rage and on a killing spree!

Hopefully Bo has the info she needs, because time is up in memory land, and Bo needs to follow the oracle back to her own consciousness lest she risk fusing herself into Dyson’s memories forever!

Ever the heroine, Bo stubbornly refuses to leave, and the Oracle washes her hands of this business entirely!

Meanwhile Dyson is forced to confront Flora, wounding her and finally breaking her free of the shoes’ spell.

But then this guy comes along and shoots her in the back.

Back in the present, Dyson fills Kenzi – whose ringtone gave her away – in on the events that BO is currently reliving from within her mind while complimenting her infiltration abilities.

And Lauren recklessly throws herself into Dyson's memories to retrieve Bo despite her fragile human constitution.

An incongruous image of a modern day coach – a subconscious signal from Dyson, explaining where the shoes are hidden - holding a wrestler's champion belt, snaps Bo out of her confusion.

So, she unties her string and returns to the present.

But first, she has to bring Lauren to her senses!

Having retrieved the Helskor from Dyson’s hiding place, Bo confronts the Una Mens.

And reveals the face of Flora’s killer from among their ranks, exposing the entire “trial” as a plot to obtain the power of the Helskor for themselves.

With another victory under their belt, the gang triumphantly returns to the Dal, burritos in hand. Bo proclaims that she thinks they’re all bound by a red string of fate, which is very sweet of her to say.

And we flash back once more to Dyson’s past to see Trick reveal himself as the Blood King.
