And Kenzi hides a passage of prophecy that seems to say that the only way to close the portal to Hel that Bo had inadvertently opened through her union with Rainer is by sacrificing her heart.

Before long revenants come crawling forth from the underworld and Bo’s succubus instincts kick in immediately.

Massimo copies BO’s chi’s sucking technique which she deflects onto Evony. The trouble is, Massimo does not know how to turn it off, and Bo taunts him to prove his love for his ruthless mother by sparing her life. When Massimo is not quite up to the task, Bo revives Evony using Massimo’s Chi while Lauren crumbles the remains of the twig of Zamora so that Massimo might be dealt with for good, finally!

Having been left safely locked away with her thoughts, Kenzi emerges onto the battlefield with renewed purpose.

Dyson urges her to return to safety, but Kenzi reveals herself to be Bo’s heart, and that it is she who must sacrifice herself to the portal in order to re-seal her best friend’s evil equine father.

As Kenzi enters the portal, Bo instantly realizes what is happening and rushes to stop the world’s coolest sidekick from making the largest sacrifice.

And Tamsin is now free to take her soul to Valhalla, where she will enjoy a warrior’s reception and wait for Bo to move Heaven and Earth to bring her back.
