SYFY Is Developing a Krypton Spinoff About Lobo

SYFY confirmed Wednesday that it is developing a project about DC’s favorite foul-mouthed, dangerous, irascible, intergalactic bounty hunter: Lobo.

Based on the characters from DC, this spinoff of SYFY’s Krypton (which premieres its second season tonight on SYFY), will be executive produced by Cameron Welsh, executive producer of Krypton, and is in development with Warner Horizon Scripted Television. Emmett J. Scanlan will star in the titular role. Get a glimpse of what the Main Man has in store for his own series by watching Emmett in action, this season in Krypton. 

Lobo (working title) joins previously-announced or -confirmed SYFY scripted development projects including Chucky, The Woods, Night Gallery, Wayward Children, The Raven Cycle, and Death Is My BFF -- along with current pilots (Future) Cult Classic and Cipher, both from UCP.
