TAPS heads to St. Charles Missouri where an entire city has earned a reputation for angry ghosts. And rightly so: entire graveyards have been moved to accommodate city growth. The only problem is, the bodies were left behind.

The team will be confronting no ordinary ghosts. This quaint, 250-year-old town is tarnished with a history of lynch mobs, murderers, cholera outbreaks and mass graves. In five different locations claims range from objects moving to apparitions appearing and disappearing before one's eyes.

Things are so serious that the team was recruited by the mayor herself, Sally A. Faith. She loves her quaint town but wants an explanation for the multiple stories she has heard. The printing house, a restaurant, an inn, a tobacco shop and a gift shop (with the ghost of a little boy wandering about) are all in need of investigation.

Claims include a white glowing mass that moves, a lady in white. At the tobacconist there are sounds of screaming, women being touched and a French-speaking apparition. Oh, and in the basement that once housed slaves, there is an evil presence that even the dog doesn't like.

At the inn, the original owner had a mute daughter, Molly, who committed suicide when her cat died, and people have seen Molly's ghost. At the printing company, the owner is skeptical of other's claims that his alley is the most haunted in town.

The printing press is located on the site of the old gallows, where not only were criminals hanged, but also a sheriff committed suicide. People feel depression and regret near the building and people have heard gunshots.

At the Mother In Law House Restaurant there are apparitions of old women and a young boy in knickers. Customers often report seeing the elderly woman sitting at a dining room table. With all these properties the investigation will be intense.

The debunking starts immediately in the print shop alley, where there is no way people can determine a gunshot came from a specific location.

Jason and Samantha put a vibration sensor and a kitten out in the Inn. Hopefully the ghost of Molly will take the bait! It may not be Molly, but something made the device vibrate!

What is in that window?! KJ and Dustin sees something moving in the window of the Mill Street Inn.
186231
In the basement of the Inn KJ's camera goes on the fritz. It happens to be the creepiest place the guys have been in all night.
186236
On the tobacconist's shop, Tango tries his French to incite the supposed ghost of a French woman. She wasn't impressed.
186241
In the Thistle and Clover gift shop, there's some major EMF energy shifts going on. Then KJ sees a shadow pass by the doorway. And what are those strange noises?
186246
During analysis Tango picks up a strange voice speaking over Sam's when she was trying to communicate with Molly.

Jason and Steve tell the mayor they had enough experiences to verify some of the claims throughout the town. Some of the debunking provided relief, but mostly the townsfolk's will be relieved to know they aren't crazy: there are certainly paranormal presences in St. Charles.
