Gettysburg, Pennsylvania: the site of great bloodshed and tragedy during the most horrific battle of the Civil War. During battle times, more than 50,000 lives were lost in this town that then had only 2,500 full-time residents. Naturally, the area is known for its ghosts and paranormal activity.

Surprisingly, TAPS was not asked to investigate the spirits of soldiers killed in this town. Instead, the team is responding to claims of paranormal activity in the orphanage built for the children of those killed in battle. The orphanage is now the Soldier's Museum, and it has seen its share of tragedy and hauntings.

Though built with great intentions, the orphanage was run by a woman named Rosa Carmichael, who abused the children. They were chained in the basement and often thrown in a dark pit where they would fight each other for what little food was provided. Now, museum guides claim to hear children's voices, toys moving, dark shadows and a warning from an unseen entity to "GET OUT!"

Across the street is the Jenny Wade house, where children would seek refuge from the orphanage. Tragically, Jenny Wade was baking bread for the soldiers when she was killed by a stray bullet during the battle- or maybe a sniper? They also have a EMF device hidden in a teddy bear, which hopefully will lure out the child ghosts. This will certainly help the team gather better evidence. Amy and Adam brave the battlefield and see a strange light figure in the distance, then they see a face in the trees. It was a tall figure, but different from what Dave and Brit saw when they were out in the field.

Night 2 the team heads to the Jenny Wade house, where skeptics explain that the bullet path that killed her was not from the battlefield! Who would shoot her? The house also has seen tragedy, as a young boy named Jeremy was struck by a carriage outside and later died in the house.

In the attic, Jason and Steve hear a door closing and a man's voice saying a 2-syllable word. They tried to make contact with whatever it was, but the spirit was gone. A very interesting start to this part of the investigation.

Jingling and rattling noises prompt Steve and Jay to split up- Jason goes upstairs to find the source while Steve stays downstairs in case it happens again. Then Steve sees a strong black mass, a full grown adult, pass right in front of him! Then they hear more voices in a full conversation!

Steve and Tango do some debunking work and determine that if a person stands in an upstairs bathroom, from outside it can look like a ghost in the window. So not all the claims are substantiated.
