The Varnum Memorial Armory in East Greenwich, Rhode Island, is having troubles. Spirit troubles. Built in the early 1900s, this historic location is filled with artifacts ranging from letters from George Washington to war weapons with a violent past. This is going to be good!

Patrick and Andrew are part of the Varnum Zinc, an organization that preserves Rhode Island's military history. They are planning a renovation of the Armory so they can make their artifacts and preserved history viewable by the public. However, they are concerned they will stir up even more paranormal activity. They're hoping TAPS can understand who these haunts are so that none of the living visitors and staff will be unsafe.

The artifacts are incredible. There's a Revolutionary War helmet worn by Benajah Carpenter when he was killed in battle. There are nurses uniforms from World War II, and a pair of blood soaked white gloves from the Civil War. Any of these items could have a spirit attached to them.
204464
Even without construction the activity is abundant. There are apparitions, voices, footsteps and shadows. In this room, the Commander's Room, Andrew has heard high pitched giggling that moved across the building.

In the curator's office, people have seen a dense black cloud and felt an aggressive male presence. And in the drill hall people hear slamming doors and heavy, aggressive thumping. Patrick and Andrew would like TAPS to come to an understanding of what these spirits are, and determine if there is any danger lurking in the shadows of the Armory.

The cameras have to be positioned perfectly, so that if the team hears a noise the video footage will verify that no one is in the room. No one living, that is.
204467
Investigating the shooting range, Steve and Tango hear a female voice. Or was it? They have to check it back on the replay. Meanwhile, among the artifacts both K.J. and Dustin hear whimpering noises, again matching the clients' claims. Nice!
204468
The floors in the drill room are so creaky when Jason test them out. There is no way the footstep noises the clients claim to hear are being made by real people. The heavy thumping footsteps, therefore, are likely a residual haunt.
204469
Was someone walking up the stairs to meet Steve? It wasn't Jason. So who… or what... was it?
204470
Patrick joins them on the investigation, asking the spirits if they are pleased with the work he is doing. He just wants answers!
204471
Shari and Sam try to understand what could possibly cause the attic doors to open and shut as per the client claims. They jump, stomp and swing but there is no explanation to debunk the claim.
204472
As Jason and Steve admire the photo of a fallen soldier, they hear a voice in the distance. Was he reacting to their conversation? Or was the voice unrelated to the photo?
204473
Shut the front door! Sam gives it her best shot to recreate the claim of doors slamming, but it barely makes a sound.
204474
Tango tells the team he will be making noises outside the Armory to see if they can hear him inside. The ladies hear the noise in the drill room and it sounds like it's coming from upstairs.
204475
This haunt seems to really like Steve and Jason. It follows them again with the movements and chills.
204476
They hear it! Sam and Shari personally experience the claim of a little girl giggling. Why would a child be in an Armory?
204477
"Can you make a sound, Lieutenant Prescott?" Wait for it….BANG! That's pretty on command.
204478
In the firing range, Sam tries to recreate the laughing sound she, Shari and Patrick heard. But she just can't match the noise.

Patrick and Andrew are very impressed by the evidence, and relieved that professional investigators were able to validate the experiences.
