Tonight, TAPS travels to Ohio, the site of one of the most gruesome crimes of the 1800s: The Celie Rose Murders! A young woman killed her entire family with RAT POISON. Now it's believed her their spirits are still around.

People report seeing Celie sitting in her bedroom chair, and strange phenomenon have occurred on the property barn and hostel. Mark Jordan called TAPS for help because he wrote a play showing Celie as the victim. Since the play has been performed the paranormal activity has escalated. Could this be the ghost of Celie and her family, or has all this negative energy summoned other spirits?

Mark tells the team that Celie was 23, but had the mental capabilities of an 8 year old when she fell in love with the boy next door, Guy Berry. Her family put a halt to the romance. So she put rat poison in their breakfast, killing her father, brother and mother.

Children have reported conversing with a lady in a white dress that smells like flowers, and someone captured this image of an apparition in an upstairs window. In the barn, people have been pushed and the electricity flickers unexpectedly. In the hostel, which was Guy Berry's home, people have seen shadow figures, heard footsteps and have been touched.

The team is watching the footage from command central when the monitor shows strange fogs moving around the house. Adam and Tango see that the area is blanketed with an unexplained fog. It's a little creepy!

Amy and Adam hear loud banging while investigating the theater barn. They re-enact the play and hear a female voice. Is it Celie? They can't tell…

Amy and Sam read reports in command central and learn that initial newspaper articles got the story wrong. It was not Celie's parents who barred the relationship.Guy had not been interested in Celie and lied to her, saying both his parents were prohibiting them from seeing each other. So she killed her family for something they didn't do!

Amy analyzes Marks' photo of the ghost in the window and determines there is no way to prove this is an apparition. Her guess is the figure is a reflection of something outside.

After reviewing the footage the team has great evidence of footsteps, Jason's photo and one of the DVRs that were left in Celie's bedroom picked up a girl's voice. It sounds sad and questioning. While they don't have any indication who is the ghost, they do believe it's not malicious, but tragic.

The team stays in Lucas to investigate the Bromfield Estate, bought by the Pulitzer Prize winning author Louis Bromfield. His daughter, Ann, battled mental illness and was locked away when her father's famous friends came to visit. Lauren Becall and Humphrey Bogart were even married at the estate, though Ann wasn't invited. Later, Louis' wife, Mary, died in the downstairs bedroom. Louis died 4 years later.

The devices only react when Britt and Adam speak to Ann, not when they speak to Mr. Bromfield. That's meaningful evidence!

Jason and Steve show Sybil all the evidence, including a voice that was recorded during Amy and Adam's flashlight exercise in Ann's room. While the activity is confirmed, there is no evidence of malicious intent in the home!
