We thought these two were double-crossing Lin, but it turns out Lin was using them to double-cross Gao, who escaped their murderous clutches before Lin abandoned them in a locked room. No honor among assassins.

Lin rushes home to find Saya gone from her post, and Diablo threatening his family. Diablo’s men kill Lin’s wife, and Lin barely escapes with his daughter in his arms.
