Upon losing Logan during Aleister's attack on Stonehaven in Season 2, Jeremy's going all Alpha and laying down the law to all the mutts in his territory: Join the Pack, or die. Like, seriously.

Jeremy's dictator-like actions aren't approved by Elena, who dreams of moving out of Stonehaven and raising children with Clay. She's also dreaming of herself covered in blood as Stonehaven burns to the ground. Yikes.

This "very dangerous mutt" is Sasha Antonov, who's come to America with his daughter Katia and son Alexei. Years ago, Sasha fell in love with Roman's daughter, Natalya, which led to her discovering that her father was a werewolf. Being the fierce traditionalist that he is, Roman killed his own daughter to protect his secret and that of his Pack. He blames Sasha for putting him in this horrible position.

Jeremy attempts to settle the feud between Roman and Sasha peacefully, though Roman's pride — and bloodlust — get the better of him. Their scuffle is interrupted by the sudden appearance of former sheriff Karen Morgan, who'd been tailing Roman's suspicious-looking Russian goons.

Meanwhile, some new developments with Rachel. Remember in Season 2 when she was kidnapped by Aleister's goons and they injected her with Savannah's blood? Well, Rachel was pregnant during those good times, and it seems that her infant son, Rocco, has inherited some witchy powers, as electricity goes on the fritz and objects start flying all over the room whenever he has a crying fit.

Roman has since unleashed his secret weapon: The Albino, a ruthless assassin and the dreaded 'red-eyed wolf' that killed Katia and Alexei's mother. The Albino's an even more formidable foe due to the fact that there's two of him. Twin brothers bring double the evil! And they've got Elena, Sasha, Alexei and Katia on their list — no Antonov is safe!

Jeremy's preparing to head out to Roman's hideout, where he plans to take care of the Russian Alpha himself. But first, he hangs up his hat as leader of the Pack … and delegates Elena as the new Alpha. Whoa!

The Albino also captures Elena and Sasha and proceeds to torture them as a helpless Jeremy, who's been captured himself at Roman's hideout, looks on in agony.

As is The Albino, thanks to the sudden appearance of Clay-wolf. Elena and Sasha are safe … for now, as The Albino's twin brother is still out there, and has sworn revenge.

Jeremy manages to escape from Konstantin's clutches, though he's soon apprehended by The Albino's twin brother. In the ensuing scuffle, Jeremy gets one of his eyes gouged out, but luckily Alexei shows up with his knife-throwing skills and puts the red-eyed assassin out of his misery.
