While Nora and Josh are eternally grateful for saving Josh's life and Aidan's too, Ramona is PISSED. "She was my favorite!" she screams. As the house starts to shake, Ramona prepares to take revenge on the remaining roommates but thankfully; they're able to escape before she does.

Meanwhile, Ramona's not feeling the silent treatment and sets out to get the roommate's attention. Ramona assumes that if she kills someone in the house, the gang will return and that way she can punish them for leaving her. So she kills an innocent construction worker who was there to work on the house.

But before they can go about confronting Ramona, Nora breaks the news to Aidan that his body is falling apart. Now that he's human, all his years of life are catching up with him. Quickly. He only has days left to live a human life.

As Aidan's life is ending, Josh and Nora's are just beginning. Aidan lets it slip that Nora's with child - sensed the extra heartbeat back when he was human - but Josh wasn't privy to that information just yet. Josh is initially a ball of nerves but Aidan assures him that fatherhood has its perks.

Thinking more about his own mortality, Aidan comes to the conclusion that he's scared of dying as an old broken man. So he tries to get a random vampire to turn him but Josh interrupts just in time, leaving Aidan stuck in his mortal body.

Aidan faces off with Ramona. Ramona tosses him down the same staircase Sally died on. She thinks that she's gotten the last laugh…until Aidan uses his last breath to toss his lighter, setting the house ablaze. Since she "is" the house Ramona goes up in flames along with it.

When Josh and Nora get to the house ghost Aidan is waiting for them with a smile. They start making future plans about them raising a baby, while he haunts them. But before they can move on, Aidan gets his door— one of the perks of dying human. An added bonus? Sally is waiting for him on the other side.
